Statistics and Facts about Military Pagans
- In 2006, Covenant of the Goddess conducted a poll and reported:
- 46% have college degrees and 31% reported "some college" education
- 94% were registered to vote.
- 74% were female and 25% are male
- 6% had military service records
- There were not enough respondants to estimte total numbers, but a similar poll in 2000 allowed for an estimate of over 750,000 Witches and Pagans in the US.
- In 2006, Stars and Stripes claimed that 2005 Department of Defense statistics show that "more than 1,800 active-duty service members identified themselves as Wiccans."
- MPN estimates over 4,300 Pagans in the military, of which over 2,000 are Wiccan.
- According to the last publicly available estimate of Pagans in the Air Force (2004), Wicca was the third-largest non-Christian religion in the Air Force behind Judaism and Buddhism.
